Tobias leads Martyn Fiddler’s business development activities across the DACH region. He joined the team in 2023, having previously held C level positions at major commercial law firms. He holds a master's degree in History and a degree in Business Economics.

A senior executive with 25 years of experience, Tobias specialises in strategies for professional services firms and ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWIs). A recognised innovator and thought leader, he has established a number of high value asset roundtable events, facilitating structured knowledge exchange and networking among service providers in the luxury and private client sectors.
