Who leads this work
When asset protection matters
Most of the structures we administer are Isle of Man companies holding a single aircraft or yacht, often alongside a trust or foundation where succession or asset protection matters.
We act as the entity’s administrator and where appointed, as its directors. We hold the board meetings, keep the records, prepare the accounts and evidence that decisions are taken where the structure says they are.
Advisers engage us because that work is continuous, jurisdictionally specific and unforgiving of gaps and because a structure that was correct at closing stops being correct the moment nobody is maintaining it.
