Our Story

Our story began with a simple idea: ownership should create opportunity, not complexity.

Founded in 1984 as IFA Administration Limited, later InterContinental Management Limited (ICM), the business quickly earned a reputation for guiding clients through the complexities of aviation, EU and UK VAT, customs, and ownership.

At the same time, Martyn J. C. Fiddler was building his own respected customs practice. Known for his technical expertise and practical approach, he became a trusted figure within both the customs and aviation communities.

As the business grew, so did its reputation. Martyn Fiddler became a name synonymous with expertise, trust, and technical excellence.

Today, Martyn Fiddler is recognised as a team of specialists, helping clients navigate the complexities of high value asset ownership, VAT and customs with clarity, confidence, and control.

She is a Fellow of the ACCA and a Chartered Tax Advisor.
