You can expect to learn how corporate governance can provide the framework for attaining a company’s objectives, and how to create action plans, accountability and internal controls. Our goal is to give our industry the best possible chance to address the challenges of governance head on.

Our goal for creating this White Paper is to give our industry the best possible chance to address the challenges of governance head on and to serve as a reminder that we all benefit from good corporate governance – whether we are investors, directors, regulators, employees or consumers.

At Martyn Fiddler Aviation we recognise that corporate governance (or the lack thereof) can lead to the success or failure of the enterprise. We therefore wish to start a conversation on governance, as well as start a movement for positive change in governance culture within business aviation.
