The Martyn Fiddler Aviation customs division has an exciting opportunity for a full time Senior Customs Administrator to join our exceptional team at our UK office in Stansted..
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the provision of technical and operational services within the customs division to global clients and supporting the team to achieve departmental growth and profitable targets. The role requires a drive to develop into a supervisory and potentially managerial position, requiring the incumbent to develop skill sets for people management, training, mentoring, process improvements and results focus.
The applicant must have a minimum of five years experience in a customer service or office administration role. Experience in aviation (ideally in an operations role), and knowledge of customs requirements and/or declarations would be an advantage.
The chosen candidate must be able to work without supervision and to tight deadlines. Excellent communication, record keeping, and organisational skills are essential.
The role is a full time, permanent position of 35hrs per week, Monday-Friday and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefit package.
