In light of the COVID-19 outbreak we have been reviewing our BCP (Business Continuity Plan) to ensure we are prepared. Please be assured we are well positioned through the BCP to remain fully operational through a range of scenarios and to continue to support you and your needs. However, as this is a developing situation, we may find ourselves in the situation where we have to work from home and/or with reduced staff numbers. If such a situation occurs we will use our best endeavours to ensure our services are uninterrupted, however please accept our apologies in advance should there be delays in service.
