Our Isle of Man office is seeking a skilled Compliance Associate to join our team.
The successful candidate will support our Head of Compliance, ensuring our operations meet regulatory standards. You’ll be involved in AML training, policy updates, compliance monitoring, and more.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Willingness to pursue professional qualifications
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Positive attitude, self-accountability, and a collaborative spirit
- At least three years of experience in company and trust administration, ideally with knowledge of compliance functions
Bonus if you have:
- A working knowledge of NavOne
- A second language
- Experience of working in a customer service role such as hospitality or retail
