Our Martyn Fiddler Stansted office has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customs CDS Support Specialist to join our busy Customs team.
We are looking for an experienced Customs Declaration System Support Specialist who can support the Customs Operation team in all aspects of processing and trade compliance, including:
- CDS entry processing.
- CDS entry error correcting and fault finding.
- Special Procedure & AEO authorisations maintenance.
- Internal procedures maintenance, including evaluating the efficiency of controls, investigating and acting on matters related to compliance, and continuous improvement of same.
- Customs compliance.
- Due Diligence compliance.
- Interacting with Government bodies on compliance issues when required.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of internal and external audits.
- Issue any Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and monitoring through to completion.
- Attend training events and further develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Undertake any other relevant work as requested by the Company.
