Held in a stunning hotel setting, the Masterclass delivered a well-crafted balance of expert insights, hands-on case studies, and lively exchanges. The atmosphere encouraged meaningful discussions and genuine connection across all corners of the business aviation community.
Our Tax Directors were especially proud to contribute to the speaker lineup. Both Adrian Parcell-Jones and Greta Kemper took to the stage to explore the complexities – and yes, the occasional joys – of aviation tax.

Thank you to all of the speakers who made this year’s Aircraft Transaction Masterclass such a rewarding experience. Over two days, we explored every stage of buying and selling aircraft – from selecting the right model to navigating the intricacies of letters of intent, escrow, inspections, taxation, financing, and insurance. Through real-world case studies and hands-on negotiation exercises, participants tackled the legal and practical challenges of transactions head-on. The sessions also unpacked technical considerations around pre-purchase inspections, risk mitigation through tripartite agreements, and the complex anatomy of aircraft repossession.
The speakers insights and engagement helped bring the learning to life – both in and out of the sessions.
