From the moment I joined the team at Martyn Fiddler Aviation on 18 November 2013 it was all go. Within 90 minutes of walking in the door and getting my key fob I was departing for the airport to embark upon a project that is now our flagship Dutch importation service. Next on the list was creating Martyn Fiddler Tax with Adrian Jones joining us in 2014 and since then we have worked tirelessly to combine all our component parts tax, customs and corporate services to create a worldclass service for all our clients.

During the last decade I have been fortunate enough to celebrate my colleagues successes, both in business and personally. Equally we have shared tears during the tough times and with the tragic passing of dear friends before their time. Whether it be the highs or the lows, whether in person or via video call, the last decade has shown me how the people are the most important aspect of both business and our industry; I am grateful for each and every experience they have provided.

I have been lucky to have been part of an amazing team at Martyn Fiddler Aviation the love and laughter that is witnessed while we are on the road is just as strong when we are in the office. To grow and develop within this team has been an amazing experience. Thank you in particular to Mark Byrne for trusting my ideas, allowing me to grow my role in the business and to become part of the leadership team.

Lastly thank you to all my business and industry colleagues; it is only with your support, counsel and encouragement that I can look into the next decade with more enthusiasm and excitement than ever before.

It is has been quite a ride so far, lets raise a glass to the next 10 years and see what else we can achieve!
